The QCEC Model 44 P Chitterling Dual Cleaning Machine is available in both electric (44EPS) and hydraulic (44HPS) versions. Standard features include:
- stainless steel construction including chain and cutter blades;
- dual rising center pipes with cleaning baffles welded to center section base plates and mounting hardware;
- sanitary safety covers and shields, center funnel drain sink with a welded-in four-inch stainless water discharge pipe; and
- watertight control systems with start and stop switches, safety lock-out bracket, oversized red operating warning beacon and a reference wiring diagram.
Options include:
- Jarvis dual cut-off, swing-out frame;
- top and side door viewing windows;
- keypad module; and
- Reliance electric washdown blade cutter motor.
Note: Cutter blade motor speed is 1,800 RPM and chain-drive motor maximum speed is 200 RPM.
Regulated water pressure at 50 psi is recommended.
