The QCEC Model 88 P Direct Drive Stomach Cleaning Machine is available in both electric (88EPS) and hydraulic (88HPS) versions. Standard features include:
- stainless steel construction including chain and cutter blades;
- direct-drive oversized cutter blade;
- single heavy-duty feed pipe and center pipe with rinsing orifices, and extended length dual cleaning baffles welded to each side of the center pipe base plates that have been microbrazed and heat treated;
- heavy-duty 14 gauge reinforced sanitary safety covers and shields and center funnel drain sink with a welded-in, four-inch stainless water discharge pipe; and
- stainless watertight control enclosure with operating and start and stop switches, safety lock-out bracket, red operating warning beacon, motor starter, fuse and terminal strip with labeling and a reference wiring diagram.
Options include:
- top and side door viewing windows
Note: Regulated water pressure at 50 psi. is recommended.
